Abstract

In order to clarify the differences in fruit quality of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huizao in different producing areas of Southern Xinjiang,78 Huizao orchards in four jujube producing areas(Aksu producing area,Kashgar producing area,Hotan producing area and Bazhou producing area)in Southern Xinjiang were selected as experimental materials.The principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the fruit quality of different producing areas.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of fruit appearance and nutritional quality in the main producing areas of jujube in Southern Xinjiang was between 4.94%-33.00%,and the coefficient of variation of texture quality was between 11.13%-57.02%.The fruit shape index(1.46)and sugar acid ratio(82.38)in Aksu producing area were significantly higher than those in Hotan producing area.The titratable acid content(4.18 mg·g-1)and flavonoid content(0.62 mg·g-1)in Hotan producing area were significantly higher than those in Aksu,Bazhou and Kashgar producing area.The cohesion,elasticity,gumminess and chewiness of fruits in Bazhou were higher.The comprehensive evaluation results of fruit quality:Hotan producing area>Bazhou producing area>Aksu producing area>Kashgar producing area.
