黄河流域土壤中微塑料、重金属、多环芳烃的分布特征及生态风险评价
Distribution characteristics and ecological risk assessment of microplastics,heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil from the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
To comprehensively evaluate the pollution status and health risks of surface soil in the Yellow River Basin,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry,and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy were utilized to measure the contents of micro-plastics(MPs),nine heavy metals(HMs),and sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in samples collected from six sampling sites.The distribution characteristics of MPs,HMs,and PAHs in the regional soil were analyzed.Spearman's correlation test and hierarchical cluster analysis were applied to investigate their potential sources,followed by ecological risk as-sessment.The results demonstrated that the abundance of MPs in the Basin ranged from 1 200 to 2 200 n·kg-1,with fibers(36%)and films(28%)dominating in morphology.Most MPs ex-hibited particle sizes<1 mm(81%),with black being the predominant color(37%).The pri-mary polymer compositions were identified as polyethylene,polypropylene,and polyethylene terephthalate.The total content of HMs ranged from 5 048.540 and 5 740.728 mg·kg-1,while total PAHs ranged from 3.837 to 6.309 mg·kg-1,all below the pollution risk screening thresh-olds specified in soil environmental quality standards.Significant correlations were observed be-tween MPs and HMs(Ni,Ti,Zr)as well as 2 and 4 rings PAHs in the Basin.The local input of agricultural films,chemical fertilizers,pesticides,and biomass combustion,as well as solid fuel combustion,surrounding transportation,and long-distance input from industrial emissions were the main sources.The risk assessment showed that the pollution level of microplastics was mod-erate,the ecological risk level of heavy metal pollution was low,and the total carcinogenic risk of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was at a moderate acceptable risk level.关键词
