摘要

Abstract

Maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)was prepared using the reactive extrusion method.Further,a nucleating agent WBG-Ⅱ and a coupling agent KH550 were selected to prepare PP-grafted composite materials.The morphology and properties of the PP-grafted composite materials were studied using polarized light microscopy,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry,and macroscopic mechanical property testing.It was found that not only the β-crystalline form appeared in the composite materials,but also the impact resistance was significantly improved.In addition,the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP-g-MAH were studied using differential scanning calorimetry combined with Jeziorny's method,Owaza's method and Mo's method.
