线粒体动力学在子宫内膜异位症中的研究进展
Research progress of mitochondrial dynamics in endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Endometriosis(EMs)is a common chronic inflammatory disease in women of child-bearing age and its pathogenesis remains unclear.Recent studies have shown that mitochondrial dynamics plays an important role in the pathogenesis of EMs by regulating energy metabolism,oxidative stress and inflammatory response.Mitochondrial dysfunction can lead to metabolic reprogramming,mitochondrial DNA damage and autophagy disorders,which in turn promote the formation and development of ectopic lesions.This paper reviews the recent research progress of mitochondrial dynamics in EMs,and discusses its potential mechanisms and therapeutic targets,in order to provide reference for future research.关键词
