芒针透刺对卒中后足下垂患者下肢功能的影响
Effect of point-toward-point acupuncture with elongated needles on lower-limb function in patients with post-stroke foot drop

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of elongated-needle point-toward-point acupuncture on lower-limb function in patients with post-stroke foot drop.Method Seventy-five patients with post-stroke foot drop were randomized into an elongated needle group,an electromyographic group,and a magnetic stimulation group,with 25 cases in each group.The elongated needle group was treated with an elongated needle inserted from Chengshan(BL57)toward Heyang(BL55);the electromyographic group was treated with electromyographic biofeedback targeting the tibialis anterior;the magnetic stimulation group received transcranial magnetic stimulation at the M1 brain region.Before and after the treatment,the three groups were observed for changes in the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)grading of the triceps surae,range of motion(ROM)of the ankle joint in active dorsiflexion,clinical spasticity index,and lower-limb Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score.Result After the treatment,the ROM of the ankle joint in active dorsiflexion and the lower-limb FMA score improved in the three groups(P＜0.05),and the elongated needle group surpassed the electromyographic and magnetic stimulation groups(P＜0.05).The MAS grading and clinical spasticity index showed improvements in the elongated needle and magnetic stimulation groups after the intervention(P＜0.05),and the results were better in the elongated needle group than in the magnetic stimulation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Elongated-needle point-toward-point acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms and lower-limb function in patients with post-stroke foot drop,better than either electromyographic biofeedback or transcranial magnetic stimulation.关键词
