腹腔镜治疗单角子宫合并非交通性残角子宫2例报道并文献复习
Laparoscopic treatment of unicornuate uterus combined with noncommu-nicating residual horn uterus:two cases report and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Unicornuate uterus combined with non-communicating residual horn uterus is one of the Müllerian duct anomalies.The main symptoms include progressive periodic dysmenorrhea,which affects the quality of life,and the possibility of rudimentary uterine horn rupture in the case of combined pregnancies,which can be life-threatening.Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent gynecology and obstetrics related complications.Laparoscopy is an effective and feasible method for the treatment of such diseases,and accurate preoperative evaluation can reduce perioperative complications.This article reports the clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of two patients with unicornuate uterus combined with non-communicating residual horn uterus,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
