Effect of Jiedu Fuzheng Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel in the treatment of cervical high risk human papilloma virus infection and its influence on vaginal microecology

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiedu Fuzheng Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel in the treatment of cervical high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection and its effect on vaginal microecology.Methods A total of 80 patients with HR-HPV infection who visited the gynecological clinic of Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given local vaginal administration of Human Interferon α2b Gel.The study group was treated with oral Chinese medicine Jiedu Fuzheng Decoction on the basis of the above.The treatment effect,vaginal microecology and improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were observed in the two groups.Results There was a difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The positive proportions of leukocyte esterase,N-acetyl-amino galactosidase and hydrogen peroxide in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Fuzheng Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection can increase the negative conversion rate of HPV,improve vaginal microecology and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
