水泥窑协同处置高氯危废过程中氯的转化及其对熟料的影响
The phase changes and chlorine transformation in the collaborative treatment of high-chlorine solid waste in cement

Abstract
To fully utilize cement kilns for the co-processing of high-chlorine hazardous wastes,a tube furnace was used to simulate the clinker calcination process.The study analyzed the transfor-mation of chlorine and its impact on clinker at different temperatures.The research utilized X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,ion chromatography,and energy-dispersive X-ray spec-trometry for detection and analysis.The results revealed that when the temperature exceeded 1 100℃,chlorides could react with calcium,aluminum,and iron compounds in cement clinker to form chloride solid solutions.This lower-melting-point solid solution increased the presence of liquid phases,exacerbating clinker formation issues.Furthermore,the study found that tempera-ture significantly influenced the distribution of chlorine.With increasing incineration tempera-ture,the proportion of chlorine entering the flue gas and fly ash increased,making chlorinated substances more prone to corroding the tertiary preheater,kiln exit gas chamber,and the upgoing duct.Hence,it is imperative to pay special attention to chlorine management under high-tempera-ture conditions to mitigate the aforementioned issues.关键词
