摘要
Abstract
Primary female genital system lymphoma lacks specific tumor markers and imaging features,and it is difficult to diagnose before surgery,which is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed.The diagnosis mainly depends on histopathological examination.There is no unified standard for the treatment of this disease.Surgery is mainly to clarify the pathological type and reduce the tumor load.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and targeted therapy can prolong the survival time of patients.This article analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with primary female genital system lymphoma admitted to Linyi People's Hospital,in order to improve the understanding of gynecologists.关键词
