Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of transurethral ureteral stent placement in the treatment of iatrogenic ureterovaginal fistula due to obstetrics and gynecology surgery.Methods A total of 64 patients with iatrogenic ureterovaginal fistula due to obstetrics and gynecology surgery admitted to the Department of Urology,Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different surgical treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic ureterovesical reimplantation treatment,while the observation group received transurethral ureteral stent placement treatment.The perioperative indicators,renal function before and after surgery,treatment efficiency,secondary operation rate,and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the secondary operation rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).No related postoperative complications occurred in the two groups.After surgery,the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups decreased,and the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral ureteral stent placement in the treatment of iatrogenic ureterovaginal fistula due to obstetrics and gynecology surgery can reduce the rate of secondary operation,improve renal function,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce intraoperative blood loss,which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
