不同程度生长激素缺乏症患儿生长激素替代治疗效果分析
Analysis of the effect of growth hormone replacement therapy in children with different degrees of growth hormone deficiency

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)replacement therapy in children with different degrees of growth hormone deficiency(GHD).Methods A total of 51 children with GHD in the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from February 2018 to February 2022 were selected.According to the peak values of the growth hormone stimulation test,they were divided into the complete growth hormone deficiency group(13 cases)and the partial growth hormone deficiency group(38 cases).Both groups were given rhGH.The levels of serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3),calcium,phosphorus,vitamins and bone mineral density before and after treatment were compared.The variation range of bone mineral density,height standard deviations(SDs),IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum IGF-1,IGFBP-3 and height SDs of the children increased compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the bone mineral density of the children increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and vitamin D of the children before and after treatment(P>0.05).The variation range of bone mineral density in the complete growth hormone deficiency group was higher than that in the partial growth hormone deficiency group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion rhGH replacement therapy can improve the levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3,as well as height and bone mineral density in children with GHD,and has a better effect on improving bone mineral density in children with GHD who are completely deficient in growth hormone.关键词
