基于多向侧抽芯机构的防毒面罩注塑模具设计
Design of Injection Mold for Gas Mask Based on Multi-directional Side Core-pulling Mechanism

Abstract
The plastic components of a gas mask are typical deep-shell parts,featuring complex structures such as inclined circumferential surfaces,bosses,blind holes,side holes,and latches,which are inconsistent with the direction of the mold opening.In order to achieve smooth demoulding,the side pumping mechanism combining multiple groups of inclined guide pillars and sliders is adopted,and the assembly relationship between the side pumping mechanisms is carefully designed.In the selection of cooling methods,the fixed mold adopts the deflector cooling water channel,and the moving mold adopts the straight-through cooling method.The mold is designed as a cubic parting and is demolded with the help of ejector rod ejection.This design has the characteristics of compact structure and reliable action.关键词
