摘要
Abstract
To guide the implementation of digital twin water network projects and assess their developmental maturity, this study proposed a tailored evaluation system.By reviewing the current status of digital twin water networks and their maturity, and in line with development visions and practical needs, the study analyzed phased construction goals and the characteristic differences across four hierarchical water network levels.Maturity was categorized into five levels(from L1 to L5),and an evaluation index system comprising five dimensions and fourteen indicators was constructed.A combined hierarchical and graded evaluation framework was developed accordingly.Applying this system to a typical provincial-level case, the preliminary evaluation indicated an overall maturity of level L2,with some dimensions nearing L3.The results effectively reflected the development status of the digital twin water network. The findings help clarify construction priorities across different levels, identify key shortcomings, and inform iterative improvements. They also provide a useful reference for future development of quantitative evaluation standards and pilot assessments.关键词
