摘要
Abstract
To address key challenges in routine and special water replenishment during holidays and major events in the Lijiang River Basin,a"Four Pre"system for basin-wide water resources allocation was developed and applied to operational management tasks.Based on the comprehensive dataset of key regions, river sections, and hydraulic projects, the system integrated short-,medium-,and long-term inflow forecasting, river evolution, joint operation replenishment models for multiple reservoirs(both conventional and optimized),and a water resources early warning index framework.Coupled with a high-fidelity digital twin environment, the system enabled full-chain informatization, including multi-source monitoring,multi-scale forecasting, regional water shortage warnings, online scenario simulation, and intelligent generation of multi-scenario contingency plans. The system had been implemented in the Lijiang Basin and effectively supported the coordinated operation of reservoirs such as Qingshitang,Fuzikou,Xiaorongjiang,Sianjiang, and Chuanjiang. It offers valuable insights and technical references for advancing the digital"Four Pre"framework in Guangxi region, contributing to the high-quality development of water resources management in the new phase.关键词
