Abstract
To support flood control and scheduling decision-making for the Xiajiang Water Conservancy Hub,a coupled one-and two-dimensional hydrodynamic model(MIKE11/21)was constructed to simulate the inundation evolution process of the flood according to the information of topography,hydrological system,and engineering characteristics of the reservoir area of the Xiajiang Water Conservancy Hub to simulate the flood inundation process.The model parameters were calibrated and validated using observed data from the 2019 flood.Model accuracy was evaluated through multiple metrics,including the determination coefficient,relative errors of water volume,flood peak,and water level.The periodic determination coefficient reached 0.9,and the relative errors of water peak volume of the main water level stations in the river channel was within±5 cm,which could accurately express the flood routing process in the Xiajiang Water Conservancy Hub reservoir area.Based on the calibrated high-precision hydrodynamic model with a particle swarm optimization algorithm,research was conducted on the optimized scheduling of Xiajiang Water Conservancy Hub spillway gate.The results showed that the water level difference value was 0.32 m,and the overall accuracy was high.The findings provide strong technical support for the Xiajiang digital twin preview system and the flood control"Four Pre"application,which has an important value of popularization and application.关键词
