基于层次分析法的地下输水隧洞风险评估方法
Risk assessment method for underground water conveyance tunnels based on analytic hierarchy process

Abstract
To ensure the sustainable operation of the East Main Canal Project,a supporting project in Beijing,for the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,and to strengthen routine operation and maintenance of underground water conveyance tunnels,this study explored a risk assessment method for underground water conveyance tunnels of the East Main Canal Project.After scoring and evaluating geological,external,social,and managerial conditions,preliminary screening of risk factors was conducted to define the evaluation framework for various indicator levels.Drawing on the research and expert consultation,an evaluation index system of the East Main Canal Project—comprising the target layer,criterion layer,and indicator layer—was constructed,including 15 indicators that comprehensively reflected the operational status of the East Main Canal Project.The analytic hierarchy process was employed to calculate composite weights and quantify the risk evaluation.The results provide data support for water dispatching,tunnel inspection and maintenance,and regional coordination,offering practical reference for tunnel operation,maintenance,and emergency response planning by management authorities.关键词
