血必净注射液联合左西孟旦治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection combined with levosimendan on acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure

Abstract
Objective To invevstigate the therapeutic efficacy of Xuebijing injection combined with levosimendan for acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure treated at Zhangjiakou First Hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were enrolled and randomly devided into to a control group(47 cases)and an observation group(47 cases).The control group received levosimendan injection alone,while the observation group received combined therapy with levosimendan injection plus Xuebijing injection.Both groups completed a 1-month treatment course.Levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),serum cystatin C(CysC),cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),central venous pressure(CVP),mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP),and pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR)were measured in two groups of patients before and after treatment.Therapeutic outcomes and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,both groups showed significantly decreased levels of CK-MB,CysC,cTnI,NT-proBNP,LAD,LVEDD,CVP,MPAP,and PVR,along with increased level of LVEF after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower CK-MB,cTnI,NT-proBNP,CysC,LAD,LVEDD,CVP,MPAP,and PVR levels,and higher LVEF than the control group(t=14.036,6.996,17.568,2.788,6.379,5.810,3.775,2.250,3.063,3.759;all P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.62%)was superior than that of the control group(76.60%)(χ2=5.371,P<0.05),while no significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(χ2=0.103,P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with levosimendan can enhance cardiac function,reduce cardiac load,and improve therapeutic efficacy in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure.关键词
