麝香保心丸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能影响的Meta分析
Meta analysis on the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To systematically assess the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A systematic search was conducted in Chinese databases(China National Knowledge Internet,VIP,Wanfang)and English databases(PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library),covering records from their inception to March 2024.Two independent researchers screened relevant randomized controlled trials based on inclusion and exclusion criterias.The Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool was applied to evaluate the quality of the literature.Revman software was used for Meta-analysis.The outcome indicators included flow-mediated dilation of the brachial artery(FMD),nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS),6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1a),endothelin-1(ET-1).Results This study included 16 articles and 1 571 participants.The results showed that compared with conventional western medicine treatment alone,the addition of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment significantly improved FMD(WMD=3.07,95%CI=2.91-3.24,P<0.01)in CHD patients,enhanced serum levels of NO(WMD=15.71,95%CI=9.97-21.46,P<0.01),NOS(WMD=3.87,95%CI=3.15-4.59,P<0.01),and 6-keto-PGF1a(WMD=22.47,95%CI=19.86-25.08,P<0.01),and reduced ET-1 level(WMD=-12.15,95%CI=-15.85--8.46,P<0.01).Conclusion For patients with CHD,the adjunctive use of Shexiang Baoxin Pill with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly improve FMD,elevate the serum levels of vasoactive regulatory substances such as NO and 6-keto-PGF1a,alleviate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,and demonstrate advantages in improving vascular endothelial function.关键词
