基于PCA-LSTM模型的飞云江上游流域径流模拟

Abstract
To enhance the reliability and accuracy of LSTM models in simulating basin runoff,PCA was employed to extract the spatiotemporal characteristics of meteorological elements in the upper Feiyun River Basin.A deep learning hydrological model,PCA-LSTM,was constructed by integrating the spatiotemporal characteristics of meteorological elements.The performance and robustness of both LSTM and PCA-LSTM models were assessed under different principal component thresholds in the upper Feiyun River Basin.Results showed that the PCA-LSTM model achieved a Nash efficiency coefficient exceeding 0.97,significantly outperforming the LSTM model's 0.89.By integrating meteorological elements,the PCA-LSTM model demonstrated superior runoff simulation capability.However,increasing the principal component threshold had a limited effect on further improving simulation performance,and the PCA-LSTM model exhibited reduced robustness compared to the LSTM model while improving runoff simulation performance.The results of this study provide the solid and reliable and practical tool for high-precision runoff simulation at the basin scale,thereby laying a strong data basis and decision-making support for refined water resource management and flood-drought forecasting.关键词
