Abstract
Under the policy background of vigorously promoting children's intellectual development and actively promoting children's innovation,creation and practice,in order to improve their innovation and creativity ability and solve children's practical needs,this paper studies the needs of children makers on the theoretical basis of AHP-QFD-TRIZ,and carries out design practice.Through in-depth interviews with child makers,the actual needs of their user groups were understood.AHP is used to establish the user demand model,and the demand is scored and weight calculation,and the user demand weight ranking is obtained.Based on QFD quality function allocation theory,the weight obtained is imported into the House of quality model,the specific weight ratio of product demand characteristics is obtained,and the main design contradictions are determined.Finally,TRIZ theory is used to analyze the above contradictions,select the optimal invention principle to solve the problem,and verify the feasibility of the method.The integrated application of AHP-QFD-TRIZ theoretical model can obtain accurate user requirements and transform them into quality characteristics and importance ranking,and finally design a 3D printer product suitable for the use of children makers.Starting from the user's behavior habits and needs,it provides a new research idea for the future product design and development of children's 3D printers.关键词
