Abstract
In this paper,the effects of different formulations and different firing temperatures on the reflectivity,adhesion and weather resistance of the photovoltaic backsheet glaze film were explored by changing the zinc and boron content of the low-temperature frit in the PV backsheet glaze formula,With the increase of ZnO addition,Zn2+mainly entered the net-work structure of the glass frit with the[ZnO4]tetrahedral structure,which reduced the volume change rate,and ZnO could also provide free oxygen to promote the coexistence of[BO3]and[BO4]in the glass frit and reduce the network gap.Further improve the weather resistance of the photovoltaic backsheet glaze film.The results show that when the addition of zinc oxide is 14%and the firing temperature is 700℃,the product performance is the best:the reflectivity is 82.47%,and the adhesion ISO level can also reach 0,which solves the problem that the reflectivity and adhesion of the photovoltaic backsheet glaze film are difficult to coordinate.关键词
