不同温度对热压反应烧结制备TiB2-B4C复相陶瓷组织结构及力学性能研究
Research on the Effects of Different Temperatures on the Sintering Preparation of TiB2-B4 C Composite Ceramics'microstruc-ture and Mechanical Properties Through Hot Pressing

Abstract
In this experiment,TiB2-B4 C complex phase ceramics were prepared by adding Ti powder to the boron carbide matrix at different sintering temperatures by hot-pressing sintering process to form a TiB2-B4 C reaction system.When the temperature reaches 1 900℃,the mechanical properties of TiB2-B4 C composite ceramics are significantly improved.The relative density of the material increases with the sintering temperature,reaching a maximum of 97.5%when the tem-perature reaches 1 900℃At the same time,the Rockwell hardness is 90.1 HRA,the flexural strength reaches 549.8 MPa,and the maximum fracture toughness is 6.1 MPa·m1/2.With the increase of temperature,the mechanical properties of ce-ramics are improved,which provides a useful reference for the design of structural ceramics for armor.关键词
