烯酮炔环化合成苯并芴的研究进展
Advances in Cyclization of Enone-ynes to Benzofluorenes
摘要
Abstract
Benzofluorenes and their derivatives,owing to their unique physical and biochemical properties,are finding increasing applications in chemistry,materials science,and pharmaceuticals.However,their synthetic methods are limited.Using 1,3,6-enone-ynes as starting materi-als,a one-step and highly efficient synthesis of functionalized benzofluorenes could be enabled.Compared to conventional approaches,this new methodology streamlines synthetic steps,significantly improves atom and step economy,and reduces costs.This paper provides an overview of the research progress in the synthesis of benzofluorenes from 1,3,6-enone-ynes,categorized by reaction types.关键词
