摘要

Abstract

Gastrodin is the most abundant active ingredient monomer in gastrodia.This article reviews the research progress of extraction methods for gastrodin from Gastrodia in recent years was reviewed from the aspects of decocting,organic solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction,enzyme extraction,microwave extraction and supercritical fluid extraction.It is expected to provide theoretical reference for new methods for extracting gastrodin from Gastrodia.
