Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the current status of Light-sensitive drugs.usage both domestically and internationally,analyze the prob-lems existing in the management of Light-sensitive drugs.and ultimately provide a reference for standardizing the management of such drugs.[Methods]Through literature review,field research,and case analysis,this study systematically sorts out the management systems,usage prac-tices,and issues related to Light-sensitive drugs both domestically and internationally.For international practices,the study relies on literature synthesis.Domestically,it integrates literature with interviews of healthcare professionals in large hospitals and primary healthcare institutions,a-long with patient feedback.[Results]The management system for Light-sensitive drugs is relatively well-established internationally.In Chi-na,while large hospitals have made progress,primary healthcare institutions face shortages of facilities and personnel.Problems in usage include inadequate awareness among healthcare professionals,non-standardized instructions,poor implementation of light-protection measures,and low patient compliance,all of which significantly affect drug efficacy and patient treatment outcomes.[Conclusion]Addressing the problems en-countered in the use of Light-sensitive drugs,this paper proposes strategies such as enhancing healthcare professional training,standardizing drug instructions,improving operational norms and supervision,promoting patient compliance,and strengthening technological innovation and policy support.In the future,with the development of novel light-blocking materials,optimization of drug formulations,and the application of information management tools,the current status of Light-sensitive drugs use is expected to significantly improve,providing patients with safer and more effective drug treatment options.关键词
