高活性硫化锰除重金属工艺研究
Research on the Process of Removing Heavy Metals from Highly Active Manganese Sulfide

Abstract
By using self-made highly active manganese sulfide to purify and remove impurities from a high-concentration heavy metal(initial concentration≥1 g/L)manganese sulfate solution,the effects of highly active manganese sulfide dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,and initial pH on impurity removal efficiency were investigated.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of initial pH2.0-2.5,self-made manganese sulfide2#dosage of 1.4 times equivalent or more,reaction temperature 60-70℃,and reaction time 60-90 minutes,the metal content of nickel,cobalt,zinc,and copper in the purified manganese sulfate solution was below 5 mg/L,and the removal rate of nickel,co-balt,zinc,and copper reached over 99%.关键词
