摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively monitor the moisture of natural material powders used in the production of functional reconstituted tobacco,the oven method was selected as the research object,with the GC-TCD method as a control.By studying the test conditions of the oven method,three representative moisture detection conditions for natural materials were explored,and a moisture determination method for natural materials-the oven method-was established.The research shows that:① This method has high detection efficiency,is simple to operate,and is suitable for batch determination.②The samples do not require pretreatment,which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.③Through compara-tive analysis of the data from the oven method and gas chromatography,there is no significant difference in the data.④There peatability relative standard deviation(RSD)of the powders of the three representative natural materials is between0.10%-0.17%,indicating that the method has good precision and yields good test results when applied to different types of natural material powders.
