摘要

Abstract

This article aims to address the safety issues faced in the data acquisition process of crude oil water content measuring instruments,in-cluding multidimensional features,high-frequency sampling,and complex transmission environments.The collection characteristics,type char-acteristics,and scale characteristics of crude oil water content data,the layered security architecture of symmetric encryption,asymmetric encryp-tion,and key management,as well as multi-level security transmission schemes such as MQTT-S,OPC-UA,DTU wireless transmission,and ModBus TCP/IP were analyzed.It was concluded that the ModBus TCP/IP scheme can ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data transmis-sion while meeting the real-time requirements of 100 ms;The average latency of fully secure mode in OPC-UA testing environment is 112.6 ms,and the packet loss rate remains at a level of 0.25%.
