鸡源奇异变形杆菌的分离鉴定、耐药性及生物被膜形成能力分析
Isolation,Identification,Drug Tolerance and Biofilm Formation Ability Analysis of Proteus mirabilis from Chicken
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the pathogenic bacteria causing diarrhea in chicks on a farm in Xinxiang region,177 cloacal swab samples from diarrheic chicks were collected.Through bacterial isolation and culture,21 strains of Proteus mirabilis were identified.PCR and microbroth dilution methods were used to detect their virulence genes,resistance genes,and drug tolerance.The detection rates of virulence genes such as ucaA,ureC,rsbA,pmfA,atfA,zapA,hpmA,and hpmB ranged from 38.09%to 100%.All 21 strains showed severe resistance to multiple drugs including doxycycline,and were multi-drug resistant(MDR).The detection rates of resistance genes across multiple categories such as quinolones,β-lactams,and macrolides ranged from 42.86%to 76.19%.Except for polymyxins and tetracyclines,there was a basic positive correlation between resistance phenotypes and genotypes.Additionally,all strains showed 100%positive biofilm formation.This study provides critical references for the prevention and control of Proteus mirabilis-induced diarrhea in chicks.关键词
