多重耐药猪源类肺炎克雷伯菌的全基因组测序分析
Whole-genome Sequencing Analysis of Multidrug Resistance in Porcine Klebsiella quasipneumoniae

Abstract
In order to identify the main pathogens and drug resistance characteristics of a case of swine pneumonia infection in Jilin region,nasal swab samples of pigs with respiratory diseases were collected for bacterial culture.The dominant strain was identified via 16S rRNA gene sequencing,while drug susceptibility was evaluated using the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)method.Whole-genome sequencing(WGS)combined with bioinformatics tools was employed to analyze resistance genes and mechanisms.Results demonstrated that the isolated strain,Yan-10,was identified as Klebsiella quasipneumoniae with a maximum homology of 99.86%to reference sequences.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing revealed resistance to antibiotics,including chloramphenicol,quinolones,and cephalosporins.Genomic analysis uncovered 18 resistance genes,predominantly encoding active efflux pumps(9 genes),target site modification(7 genes),reduced membrane permeability(3 genes),and production of inactivating enzymes(1 gene).These findings indicate that Yan-10 is a multidrug-resistant strain,with intricate resistance mechanisms exacerbating challenges in pneumonia management on pig farms.关键词
