摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of different deworming methods on sheep parasitosis,30 parasitic infected sheep were selected in this study and randomly divided into three groups,ivermectin injection group,albendazole oral group and combined deworming group,and detected and calculated the rate of worm egg turnover and worm egg reduction in the faeces of sheep in each group;the uninfected control sheep were collected and set up as the control group,and serum was collected from the sheep of each experimental group,and serum biochemical indexes were detected.The results showed that the egg conversion rates of ivermectin injection group,albendazole oral group and combined deworming group were 80%,70%and 90%,and the egg reduction rates were 75.04%,72.11%and 84.04%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the total protein content in the serum of sheep in the ivermectin injection group,the albendazole oral group and the combined deworming group was significantly higher(P<0.05)and the content of glutamine aminotransferase was significantly lower(P<0.05).In conclusion,the use of ivermectin and albendazole can effectively improve the effect of deworming in sheep,improve the serum biochemical indexes,and the effect is better when using combined deworming.
