新疆巴州地区野鼠及牛羊流产胎儿组织病原学检测及分析
Pathogen Detection in Wild Mice and Aborted Fetal Tissues of Cattle and Sheep in the Bayingolen Region of Xinjiang

Abstract
To further understand the source of the pathogen carried by wild mice that carry Brucella,pathogenic detection was carried out on wild mice and tissues from aborted fetuses of cattle and sheep in the Bazyu region of Xinjiang.A PCR method was used to conduct molecular detection for Brucella in 20 wild mice from this region,and PCR screening for five pathogenic agents causing abortion(Campylobacter fetus,Toxoplasma gondii,Trichomonas fetus,Neospora caninum,and Brucella)was performed on 24 samples of aborted fetus tissues from cattle and sheep.The results showed that Brucella was detected in the liver and spleen of 2 wild mice,with a positivity rate of 10%(2/20),and among the five pathogenic agents in the aborted fetus tissues of cattle and sheep,only Brucella tested positive,with a positivity rate of 29.17%(7/24).Furthermore,a genetic evolutionary analysis of the Brucella detected in the wild mice and the aborted fetus tissues of cattle and sheep showed a homology of 98%,indicating the possibility of wild animals contracting Brucellosis by ingesting placentas of domestic animals and transmitting Brucellosis to livestock.关键词
