摘要

Abstract

To further understand the current prevalence of Q fever in Baise,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and quantitative real-time PCR were used to detect Q fever serum antibodies and antigens in 410 sheep sera,470 vaginal swabs,and 50 fecal samples collected from 12 counties and districts of Baise City.The results showed that the overall positive rate of Q fever antibodies in 410 sheep sera from 12 counties and districts was 27.8%;the overall positive rate of Q fever pathogen nucleic acid in 470 vaginal swabs was 9.79%,and the overall positive rate of Q fever pathogen nucleic acid in 50 fecal samples was 0.This indicates that there are varying degrees of Q fever infection in 12 counties and districts of Baise City,and relevant departments should pay more attention and take effective measures to establish a comprehensive human-animal co-disease prevention and control system.
