清肝健脾汤联合甲巯咪唑片标准化治疗甲状腺功能亢进疗效观察
Observation of Curative Effect of Qinggan Jianpi Decoction Combined with Methimazole Tablets in the Standardized Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qinggan Jianpi Decoction combined with methimazole tablet in the standardized treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 70 hyperthyroidism patients admitted to Dingxi Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group,to analyze the effect of different treatment methods.Results:The clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was high(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TSH of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and thyroid function indexes such as FT3,FT4,TT3 and TT4 of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qinggan Jianpi Decoction combined with methimazole tablets can improve thyroid function and efficacy in patients with hyperthyroidism,and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.关键词
