沙库巴曲缬沙坦规范化治疗心力衰竭效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Valsartan and Sacubactril in the Standardized Treatment of Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of sacubactril valsartan in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with heart failure admitted to Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei City,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by odd-even table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received standardized treatment with sackubactril valsartan on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among different groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the serum N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor,angiotensin Ⅱ and matrix metalloproteinase-9 of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized treatment of sakubatrol valsartan in patients with heart failure is effective and safe,and can improve heart function.关键词
