猪Mstn基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of Mstn Gene in Sus Scrofa
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the structure and function of the Mstn gene in Sus scrofa,the experiment utilized bioinformatics methods to analyze the nucleotide similarity,amino acid sequence,protein physicochemical properties,protein structure and interacting proteins of the pig Mstn gene.The results demonstrated that the Sus scrofa Mstn gene contains one promoter region and 188 amino acids,which is an acidic hydrophilic unstable protein.Leucine is the most abundant amino acid,accounting for 10.6%.The molecular formula of the pig MSTN protein is C976H1573N255O285S10,with a molecular weight of 21 760.36 u and an isoelectric point of 8.27.The polypeptide chain is mainly composed of random coil,without transmembrane domains.Through analysis,it was found that the pig Mstn is mainly regulated by the SMAD/TGF-β signaling pathway and plays a role in muscle growth and myofiber formation.关键词
