摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of standardized drug education programs on self-management ability of diabetic patients. Methods:A total of 420 adult patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who visited the Suzhou District General Village Center Health Center,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province, from November 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 210 cases in each group. The experimental group received standardized drug education program for 6 months, while the control group only received routine care.Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level and self-management behavior scale score were used as the main assessment indicators. Results:After 6 months of follow-up,the mean HbA1c level in the experimental group decreased from 8.5%±1.2%at baseline to 7.2%±0.9%,while the HbA1c level in the control group decreased from 8.4%±1.1%to 8.1%±1.0%(P<0.001).In addition, the scores of the experimental group on the self-management behavior scale were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001),with the statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Standardized drug education programs significantly improve the self-management and glycemic control in patients with diabetes.关键词
