Abstract
This experiment aimed to conduct in vitro digestion of chicken gastrointestinal fluid using the third-generation monogastric animal bionic digestion system(SDS-Ⅲ)to evaluate the effects of two compound enzymes produced by a certain company on feed digestibility.A single-factor completely randomized design was adopted.The same amount of two compound enzymes was added to the basal diet of broilers,with three treatments and five replicates per treatment.The results showed that compared with the normal diet,the diets supplemented with enzyme A and enzyme B significantly increased the digestibility of dry matter by 2.39%and 2.69%(P<0.05),respectively;the digestibility of crude protein was significantly increased by 0.73%and 3.67%(P<0.05),respectively;and the energy digestibility was significantly increased by 1.02%and 1.53%(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusion,the addition of compound enzyme preparations to the diet can improve the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and energy metabolism rate,among which enzyme B had the best effect.关键词
