梅花鹿灌注固定技术的研究
Studies on Perfusion Fixation Techniques for Sika Deer
摘要
Abstract
This study focuses on the educational and popular science significance of plastinated sika deer specimens prepared using cadaver perfusion fixation techniques.Through systematic scientific processing of fresh sika deer specimens,In the fixation stage,it is completed by using the perfusion technique;during dehydration and defatting,acetone gradient treatment is adopted to efficiently remove both water and fat.Through subsequent restorative procedures and precision techniques,high-quality plastinated sika deer specimens were successfully fabricated.The specimen has a natural posture and a clearly presented internal structure,providing valuable resources for relevant research,education and teaching,and science popularization display,it not only helps to deeply understand the anatomical characteristics and physiological structure of sika deer,promotes the development of related disciplines,but also enhances the public's awareness of protecting wild animals such as sika deer,showing important application value in many fields.关键词
