摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the applicability and effectiveness of Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA)in the elderly population aged 60 years and above. Methods:A total of 300 patients aged 60 years and above admitted to Health Center of Fengle Town,Suzhou District,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province from August 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 150 cases in each group. The experimental group used standardized nutrition assessment tools for nutritional status assessment, while the control group used routine clinical nutrition assessment methods. The improvement of nutrition during hospitalization and the status of nutrition maintenance after discharge were assessed. Results:In the experimental group,MNA was able to identify patients at risk of malnutrition earlier.During hospitalization, the proportion of patients in the experimental group whose nutritional status was significantly improved was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the follow-up after discharge found that the nutritional maintenance status of patients in the experimental group was also better than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nutrition assessment tools can improve the early identification rate of malnutrition, improve the nutritional status during hospitalization, and promote the maintenance of nutrition after discharge.关键词
