复合微生物菌剂对蚂蟥养殖水质净化作用效果的研究
Study on the Effect of Compound Microbial Agents on Water Purification of Leech Breeding

Abstract
In order to purify the water quality of leech aquaculture and improve economic benefits,this study used a compound microbial agent to assist in culture management,and deeply explored its ability to purify water quality and its effect on improving the health status of leeches.The experimental results showed that,compared with the control group only managed by changing the water for aquaculture,the application of the compound microbial agent significantly inhibited the enrichment of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia-nitrogen(NH3-N),and total phosphorus(TP)in the water of leech aquaculture.At the same time,the survival rate of leeches in the experimental group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 76.7%in the control group.This study not only verified the significant effect of the compound microbial agent in purifying the water quality of leech culture,but also revealed its positive impact on the healthy growth of leeches,showing broad application prospects.关键词
