小鼠不同泌乳期的乳腺组织形态学观察与分析
Observation and Analysis of Mammary Tissue Morphology of Different Lactation Periods in Mice

Abstract
This study aims to uncover morphological changes in different breast tissue during lactation in FVB mice.The experiments used HE and Masson staining to observe and measure the morphological histological differences of breast tissue in FVB mice.The results showed that HE staining observed that the breast tissue in the pre-lactation stage consisted of a large number of connective tissue and sparse breast ducts,the structure of the breast bubble in the breast stage was clear and there was a large amount of milk,and the number of breast bubbles in the end-lactation stage was significantly reduced and the tube cavity became smaller.Masson staining looks at the abundance of pre-and end-stage collagen fibers in the walls of blood vessels and breast ducts,and the small distribution of fat cells during lactation.The number of breast ducts in the pre-lactation period averaged 5.61/mm2,the number of lactation ducts increased to 63.43/mm2,and the number of end-lactation ducts decreased to 23.82/mm2.The diameter of the breast duct reaches an average of 39.89 μm during the lactation period,and the average diameter of the pre-and end-lactation stages is 25.58 μm and 8.52 μm.Therefore,periodic changes in the number and diameter of breast ducts in mice with changes in the physiological function of pregnancy and lactation provide important basic data for in-depth study of breast physiological function and morphological changes.关键词
