Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized basic nursing practice on improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction in community health service centers.Methods:200 patients treated in Xuanwu Street Community Health Service Center,Liangzhou District,Wuwei City,Gansu Province from May 2024 to October 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine basic nursing,and the experimental group implemented standardized basic nursing operation procedures on this basis.The observation indicators included nursing quality score,patient satisfaction and complication rate.Results:The nursing quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized basic nursing operations can significantly improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in community health service centers,reduce the incidence of complications,and have clinical application value.关键词
