泰万菌素固体分散体的制备与质量评价

Abstract
Acetylisovaleryltylosin is a macrolide antibiotics for animals.The aim of this study was to prepare solid dispersion of acetylisovaleryltylosin using solvent method,solid dispersions of acetylisovaleryltylosin tartrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP-K30)were dissolved in anhydrous ethanol.And the solid dispersion quality was evaluated.The results showed that the content of acetylisovaleryltylosin could be determined by UV spectrop hotometry at 298 nm,and the recover rate was 99.71%.The solubility increased under the state of the solid dispersion.The solid dispersion of acetylisovaleryltylosin-PVP is more hygroscopic than the acetylisovaleryltylosin,and the moisture absorption gradually increases with the increase of the storage time.The apparent oil-water partition coefficient(Papp)of tylvalosin tartrate bulk drug was 0.751 0 and the Papp of tylvalosin tartrate solid dispersion was 0.558 3 using the classic shaking bottle method with n-octanol water.It was indicated that the solubility of acetylisovaleryltylosin solid dispersion was improved,but the lipophilicity of the acetylisovaleryltylosin solid dispersion decreased.关键词
