Recent advances in basic research and clinical treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a severe acute respiratory failure syndrome in the field of critical care medicine,and the main pathogenesis of this condition involves inflammatory response,pulmonary vascular endothelial injury,and alveolar epithelial injury.Its pathophysiologic features include dysregulation of the ratio of pulmonary ventilation to blood flow,decreased pulmonary compliance,and impaired oxygen diffusion.Clinically,the treatment of ARDS mainly includes mechanical ventilation strategies,drug therapy and fluid management.However,due to the high heterogeneity of ARDS,its related basic research and clinical treatment are still evolving.Based on this,this paper focuses on the new progress in basic research(including research status of pathogenesis and pathophysiology),as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment of ARDS,and puts forward the prospect of future research directions.关键词
