Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized morphological examination of blood cells on clinical febrile diseases.Methods:A total of 48 patients with febrile disease who received treatment in Zhengzhou TCM Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.A total of 48 healthy subjects who were examined in Zhengzhou TCM Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and the results of standardized morphological examination of blood cells were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the healthy subjects in the control group,the blood cell morphology related indexes(MCH,MCHC,HCT,MCV,RDW-SD)of fever disease patients in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).In the standardized blood cell morphology test,the detection rate of abnormal blood cell morphology of fever disease patients in the observation group was higher than that of healthy subjects in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized morphological examination of blood cells has a very high detection rate for clinical febrile diseases.Through the analysis of blood cell morphology indexes,the difference between patients with febrile diseases and healthy persons can be obviously observed,so as to detect patients with febrile diseases with abnormal bleeding cell morphology.关键词
