胚胎移植技术在甘肃高山细毛羊优质种羊扩繁中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Embryo Transfer Technology in the Expansion of High-quality Breeding Sheep of Gansu Alpine Fine-wool Sheep

Abstract
The Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Workstation of Baiyin Mongolian Township,Sunan County,uses Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep as the female parent and Poll Dorset and South African Merino sheep as the male parents.High-quality embryos are produced through synchronous estrus,superovulation,and laparoscopic uterine horn insemination techniques,and then transplanted into recipient sheep.B-ultrasound detection shows that 71 out of 99 recipient sheep are pregnant,with a conception rate of 71.72%,higher than the domestic average.The results indicate that this technology can accelerate the improvement and propagation of fine-wool sheep,improve the utilization rate of breeding resources,block the vertical transmission of diseases through embryo transplantation,and reduce breeding risks.This achievement provides a feasible solution for efficient sheep breeding in high-altitude areas.关键词
