健康体检肠镜检查中开展标准化护理对肠道准备的作用
Role of Standardized Nursing in Intestinal Preparation during Health Examination Colonoscopy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on intestinal preparation during health examination colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 150 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the Health Examination Center of Zhouqu County People's Hospital,Gannan Prefecture,Gansu Province from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing.The effect of nursing application was compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,the incidence of negative emotions and adverse reactions was lower,the score of intestinal preparation effect was higher,and the time of examination was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out standardized nursing in health examination colonoscopy can improve the quality of intestinal preparation,shorten the time of delivery,and improve the safety of colonoscopy.关键词
