摘要
Abstract
In the development of the poultry farming industry,poultry breeding is the key to improving the quality of poultry.Molecular marker technology is a new type of assisted breeding technology,which has the advantages of rapidity,accuracy and efficiency.It has been widely applied in the field of poultry breeding and can play a role in gene localization,assisted selection and assisted introduction.While improving the target traits of the receptor population,it can also retain their original genetic background as much as possible.When combined with transgenic technology,it can also be adjusted according to market demand.Create brand-new poultry breeds.This article,in combination with the connotation of molecular marker technology,explores the principle and role of molecular marker-assisted breeding,and investigates the application of molecular marker technology in poultry breeding.关键词
