TCD联合颈动脉超声在缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉狭窄病变诊断中的应用
Application of TCD Combined with Carotid Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Carotid Artery Stenosis in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application of TCD combined with carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected to undergo TCD combined with carotid artery ultrasonography and DSA examination.The diagnosis results of carotid artery stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke and the consistency of the two methods in assessing the degree of carotid artery stenosis were compared.Results:100 patients with ischemic stroke had different degrees of carotid artery stenosis through clinical comprehensive examination.The detection accuracy of TCD combined with carotid artery ultrasound was 95%,and the detection accuracy of DSA was 98%.The consistency of K was 0.942.Conclusion:TCD combined with carotid artery ultrasound has a high consistency with DSA in detecting carotid artery stenosis lesions.Meanwhile,TCD combined with carotid artery ultrasound also has the advantages of simple operation,safety,non-invasion,and high repeatability,providing a safer and more reliable examination method for the standardization of carotid artery stenosis diagnosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
